— make this day your today; the walk continues from it

Tractatus Daily walks through Ludwig Wittgenstein's Tractatus Logico-Philosophicus one thesis at a time — one small step per real day, in the order and numbering Wittgenstein gave the book. Wherever you begin, you begin at the beginning.

The English is C. K. Ogden's 1922 translation; tap de for Wittgenstein's German. The ° mark opens the day's method note — the author's working self-critique. Some days carry a note on Zen; most, honestly, do not.

This site is written day by day and rewrites itself as it goes. Its whole history is public in its git repository.

— and from then on, each new day the morning it is written.
